Getting Started with Site Caddy

Hello and welcome to Site Caddy!  If this is your first time using Site Caddy, then this is the right place to start. The Getting Started Guides will give you a general overview of all the areas and capabilities of the system, without getting bogged down in detail.  In each section there will be links to the relevant help pages, where you can get all the detail you need.

And if you're an experienced Site Caddy user, the Getting Started Guides can be a good place for a general refresher course, and to make sure you're aware of all the latest features available in your account.

About Site Caddy

Site Caddy is a complete, integrated suite of tools your business can use to manage and promote a website, securely sell products and services online, manage a database of contacts, and communicate with your contacts via e-mails, SMS text messages and surveys. As such, Site Caddy is composed of 4 main areas - each with its own getting started guide:

• Website Caddy: website design, content management, social media, SEO, reporting, and more.
• Shop Caddy: e-commerce, payment gateways, discounts, order reports, and more.
• Contact Caddy: contacts, groups, businesses, locations, secure zones, and more.
• Message Caddy: send e-mail blasts, SMS text messages, surveys, and more.

If you don't know what all those terms mean - that's OK. Site Caddy is built so that new users can use only those areas they are comfortable with, and graduate to more complex features if and when necessary.
